CUSTOM MOLDING

We provide top quality rotomolding for your custom components. We want to make sure that your comfort level is maintained throughout the specification process. Rotomolded custom products are subject to rigorous testing standards and quality control at all levels of production.Our 5 million BTU degree oven includes a 3-arm fixed turret machine with a 144" swing. We also have a 2.5 million BTU degree oven which includes a 3-arm fixed turret machine with a 88" swing. We also recycle plastic parts where we, in a 2 step process, shred and grind the plastic for reuse in other products.
